About

Rachel Marty Pyke is a Data Scientist at Noah Basketball, where she has been analyzing proprietary basketball shot data since 2015. For the past two years, Rachel has presented her research on 3-point shooting at the MIT Sloan Sports Analytics Conference, winning the best poster award in 2017. In addition to her work with Noah Basketball, Rachel develops algorithms in the cancer immunology space as a Bioinformatics Scientist at Personalis. Rachel received her bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and PhD in Bioinformatics from UCSD, where she captained the NCAA basketball team.
